Son of a cook and restaurateur, Michel began his career in the biggest relays and châteaux before setting the first milestones in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon in 1995. He was three times awarded the title of finalist in the Meilleur Ouvrier de France competition. His generous and authentic cuisine is quite simply the reflection of a passionate man for whom gastronomy only has meaning if it is shared.
With the Benets, cooking is a real family affair; Always immersed in this environment, his sons joined him in 2014 to accompany him in this adventure, Roberto as manager and Aurélien as pastry chef. Their complementarity and the synergy of their know-how is obvious, the magic operates and La Vallergue won in 2014 the place of 3rd Best Caterer in France.
